1. Digital Assets Policy

Due to the high server costs (GPU/Cloud) of generating AI music, Orchestria generally does not offer refunds once any AI generation has been performed or credits have been consumed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are only considered within 24 hours of purchase if:

  • No credits/tokens have been used.
  • The user has not initiated any AI agent workflows.
  • There is a proven technical error that prevented the service from functioning.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard or the Lemon Squeezy portal. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
