1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Orchestria, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Orchestria is an AI-powered music production platform. You understand that generative AI is stochastic; outputs may vary, and we do not guarantee specific musical results from any given prompt.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content: You own all music, compositions, and stems generated using a paid Orchestria plan. You have full commercial rights to these outputs.

Our Platform: Orchestria owns the AI models, software, brand, and proprietary "Agentic Workflow" technology. You may not reverse-engineer or "scrape" our models.

4. Subscriptions & Credits

Payments are managed via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Credits (Tokens) have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Orchestria to generate copyright-infringing content (e.g., direct clones of existing famous songs) or harmful/illegal material. Orchestria reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Orchestria is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or creative projects resulting from service interruptions or AI-generated errors.
